Hi Surabhi,

NEET is conducted for all of India so you can get into any college anywhere. There is not state boundary as such. Usually universities have 15 to 20 percent as all india quota so you will have to apply in that category as the rest is given to their own state students. But before applying to any university check if they are a offering all India quota seats because some don't.

About the management and government quota, I would say if you are qualifying with your marks in any universities do go with government quota. Management quota is for students who don't have good scores and are paying money to get into a college.
