Hello Anand

You can apply. They will consider your NEET SCORES for councelling purposes. Application forms will be invited from all private instituted of Karnataka. You can fill up the form to enroll yourself for councelling purposes there.

Yes. They surely can apply. The admissio. Will be done on the marks and rank obtained by candidates in neet ug exam.. however you have to apply in COMEDK separetly for participating in the counselling process of private medical colleges of karnataka..
