Can l apply in Neet PG as OBC but in neet ug l applied as General becoz l didn't have my cast certificate back them but l have it now ??? plz guide

Hope you are doing absolutely great.
So with regard to your query, it does not matter as which reservation certificate you applied in the UG level of NEET. You can apply for the OBC reservation in the NEET PG exam and get the reservation accordingly. however, you need to produce the OBC certificate during the application process.
