Hello Gauri,

Don't worry about that. It is not mendatory but it is better. If you want to correct, y ou can correct your information in the NEET 2019 application form from 14th January 2019 to 31st January 2019 on the official website NEET. Otherwise no problem but if you have filled any wrong information by mistake then you will be informed.
