There is dam affected reservation available but you should scored atleast 350 -400 marks to get a seat for MBBS.

Candidates must have completed/appearing his/her 10th and 12th from the state. Candidate must possess a valid domicile in the state. Candidate should possess a residency proof of the state.

Anyways you could get a seat in private colleges through management.

You don't need to upload certificate at the time of NEET form fillup, but you have to definatey show the certificate at the time of admission.
