For AIIMS BSc (H) nursing only female candidates are eligible who  have passed class 12 under the 10 + 2 format from a recognized school. For AIIMS BSc nursing (post-basic) male candidates who are registered with a state nursing council and have a diploma in general nursing and also have obtained training in any one of the following subjects O.T. Techniques, Ophthalmic Nursing, Leprosy Nursing, TB Nursing, Psychiatric Nursing, Neurological and NeuroSurgical Nursing, Community Health Nursing, Cancer Nursing or Orthopaedic Nursing to be eligible.

AIIMS BSc (H) nursing eligibility criteria

• Only female candidates are eligible to apply for AIIMS BSc nursing 2021.

• Students must have passed class 12 under the 10 + 2 format from a recognized school.

• General/EWS/OBC category candidates should score at least 55% marks in class 12 to apply for AIIMS nursing 2021. While minimum marks required by SC/ST category candidates is 50%.

• Applicants should have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as core subjects to apply for the AIIMS nursing exam.

Therefore, no male candidate can apply for BSc Nursing.
