Yes MBA and MBA graduates are can work as a Company Secretary .A company secretary is a Senior position in a private sector company or public sector organization .But most of companies recruiting Experience person who has previously worked as in same position 2 to 3 years ,it is totally depends upon company recruiting ,Because Company secretary is most responsible designation so as a employees he/she must well know about company current affairs ,known about stack holders ,business plan etc...
