Yes, any graduation degree from any university makes you eligible to appear for the SSC CGL exam. Degrees from Open Universities, Central Universities are all accepted. But you would need to prepare for the competition well because the papers consist of General Studies and Aptitude Tests too.

Date of Birth as recorded in the Matriculation/ Secondary Examination Certificate only will be accepted by the Commission.
The age limit under the SSC CGL Eligibility Criteria is different for different posts. There is a provision of different pay scales for different posts after clearing SSC CGL.
