Yes, mtg chemistry fingertips is a good book to score 150 in NEET, although the level of asking questions is not as standarded as in NEET so, i suggest you to take on NCERT  book  belongs to 11th and 12th standards along with mtg chemistry fingertips

I have analysed 2019 paper Most questions were based directly on simple ncert concepts. So , you should focus on ncert a lot to score good marks

Mtg fingertips  is a good option for the preparation of chemistry for neet as questions in neet are mainly based on the concepts of NCERT and mtg fingertips helps you to master NCERT , and it has:-

But yes don't ignore NCERT,  read read NCERT as well as many times no matters how many books have you gone through there's something new which you find in ncert.  Also, go through previous year question papers of Neet examination and once you are done with your complete syllabus go through neet mock test papers. If you follow these things then yes you can get 150 marks or more depending upon how well you have gone through the book and practised the concepts :)
