According to the new rule...any person who has studied for 4 years from class VI to class X in the state of telengana is considered a domicile of Telegana.

The eligibility criteria of TS EAMCET 2018 includes parameters like nativity, educational qualification, age, pass percentage, category etc. on the basis of which candidates will be considered to appear in the entrance exam of TS EAMCET.
