can my son get admission in either bengal or delhi because his native place is bengal and he cleared 10&12 from delhi?

Hello Sir,
Admission in different universities have different criteria, If your son has a residential proof of Delhi he will be eligible to get admission in Delhi university under the Delhi students reservation seat and if he doesn't have that than too he can take admission there under the merit selection process the same applies for the colleges of Bengal.
