Can my son get any branch in dtu/nist.hi got 102 marks ( obc rank- 18787 & gen.70799 in jee main 2017).he is from up.

Dear aspirant,

As you have mentioned that your son has got 70799 rank in jee mains and considering the fact he is from obc category, you will easily grab a seat in any of the colleges in electrical and information technology branches but it is only possible if you belong to delhi itself.

But note it is not possible for you to get into these colleges if you are not a delhi candidate and you belong to outside Delhi candidate.
