Yes, your wife can use Economically Weaker Sections of Society (EWS) certificate of her for applying in government sectors jobs. Applicants who will be having the EWS Certificate will be provided 10% reservation in Government jobs and relaxation in the admission for availing higher education according to Government of India. But she can not use your EWS certificate for job apply.

The EWS certificate is provided to those candidates who belong to the economically weaker section of society.

According to me, this certificate issues by by the SDM office to where the person live, Generally in these Certificates the name of candidate is mentioned.

Only those person can use this certificate whose name is mentioned on the certificate no other member can apply through the certificate.

So I am sorry but your wife cannot apply by your EWS certificate. You have to apply a separate EWS  certificate for your wife.
