can nanotech had better scope?

Yes, Nanotech has tremendous scope in future. A real world example is see how much our smartphone's processor are getting smaller and powerful year after year. But to get exposure of Nanotechnology in India, you have to get into IITs/IISc. In India it is not easy to get deep knowledge of this technology. Only in top institutions you will get world class exposure because you have top notch faculty there. Also you can get very good package after graduating from these colleges. So try to get into IITs/IISc to study nanotechnology.

the nanotechnology has very wide scope and the many new opportunites are coming on the way, there are numbers of jobs in this field like you can have job in environmental observing, control, food science including quality control and packaging ,forensics,federal lab research and many more areas.

one can make their in nanotechnology with better remuneration, the use of nanotechnology is very vast in many areas.

Nano technology is a field which needs a lot of development in India. It needs research and analysis. There are many good high pay jobs which you may get if you are student of any IIT or iisc, otherwise this field will give you nothing. But if you have good interest in research and analysis, then you must opt this.
