The eligibility criteria for IPMAT 2018 is as follows:
Applicants need not take math in 12th grade. That doesnt mean that the test is devoid of it though! It's not crazy calculus, or high level coordinate geometry. The aptitude test deals with logical math, and a fair amount of probability and estimations. Work on everyday math, but it is advisable that you make math a part of your IPM study plan (and don't forget to start early!). The full syllabus is on the IIM-I website.

- The candidate should have scored aminimumof 60% in class 10th/SSC and class 12th/ HSC or equivalent examination in case of General and NC-OBC category. Also, the candidate should be of maximum 20 years of age as on July 31, 2018.

The best way for non maths or non engineering students is to strictly make regime and ckear basic fundamental, reference to book available on flipkart and amazon is must known as "crack iim indore IPM entrance examination".
You can also refer to books like class 12th Ncert for quantitative aptitude.
Rigorous practice and mock exams are must and rectifications of errors committed are strongly recommended.

Still you cant escape maths, you need to join coaching institutions like TIMe which will enhance your strengt6and focus on weakness.
