Hi there,
Yes NRI sponsored seats are open to Unreserved category candidates but the candidate should have blood relation with the sponsor and has to to furnish some documents for the same.
- Copy of valid Indian passport of the sponsor.
- Copy of visas obtained in last twelve months.
- Certificate from the local embassy stating that the Sponsor is a NRI/ OCI or PIO Card holder.
- An affidavit stating that sponsor is interested to invest in the education of the candidate for the next 5 years.
