No, OEC Category Students are not eligible for SC Quota Reservation in All India Counselling.

OEC Category Reservation is only applicable in your State level Counselling.

OEC (Other Eligible Communities) are those communities recommended to include in the State Scheduled Caste list and Scheduled Tribes.

OEC communities are not included in the Central list of SC/ST. That's why they are not eligible to claim SC Quota Reservation in All India Counselling.

Both Central Government and State Governments have their own rules & regulations to include Different Caste in Reservation Categories.

OEC is a Category that stands for Other Eligible Communities. In All India Counseling, only reservation exsts for OBC, SC, ST and PwD and there is no reservation for OEC. But in State counseling of specific states, you may have OEC quota reservation but only for those seats which are not availed by the SC/ST candidates in the counseling rounds. Mainly Kerala govt considers OEC reservation while NEET state counseling.

So, you can get SC seats only if they are left out in any rounds of counseling through OEC quota.
