I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but through mht CET examination you cannot get into veterinary or bvsc.

This is because through MHT CET examination only following courses are offered:-

• Engineering i.e BE/BTech and
• Pharmacy programmes i.e BPharma/PharmaD

For veterinary i.e  BVSc , admission is through  marks or Rank obtained by you in NEET examination.
Thus, NEET is the entrance examination you need to qualify to do BVSc
Though,  some states  have their own state level entrance examination like rpvt in Rajasthan for admission in bvsc as well.
