Dear Aspirant!

There's no restriction for open degree Students to write CAT exam.

The eligibility criteria to appear for CAT is as follows -

Candidate should have minimum 50% of aggregated marks in their bachelor degree or its equivalents from a recognized University (45% for reserved category and PwD).
Final year students should provide degree completion certificate at the time of admission.

If you meet the following criteria then you can appear for CAT exam.

Here is the minimum Educational Qualifications for CAT: The candidate should have completed his/her Bachelor's degree program in any stream from a recognized university or have an equivalent qualification that is recognized by the Ministry of HRD, India

YES, you are eligible for CAT exam even after graduating from the Open University having Open degree as long as you fulfill the Eligibility criteria for the CAT Exam, which is as follows :

In order to be eligible for the CAT Exam, the candidate has to pass their Bachelor's degree with at least 50% (for General Category and for candidates from the NC-OBC caste) . For SC/ST and Differently Abled (DA) candidates, the percentage required is 45%.
