Hello.
First of all there are two ways apply for state quota or apply for private colleges individually.
Now for applying to state quota for states like Rajasthan and Maharashtra you need to have domicile or some other conditions which you can easily learn about on their respective official websites.
To apply for private colleges it depends on the state again they might have a consortium or they yu have to fill their forms and register individually for each college. You can search on Google the private college in which ever state yu want and then can apply for them on their official website.
Some colleges are
eah you can ofcourse get through the 15 percent all india quota, but Candidates from the states of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and J&K are not eligible for 15% All India quota seats as these three states had opted out of All India scheme since its inception. If candidates claim the eligibility under this criterion, they must submit a Self Declaration form online. Candidates are suggested to take a print out of the form as they may be required to present it during counselling.
