No , Candidates should belong to the state of Telangana/ Andhra Pradesh and he/she must satisfy Local/Non-Local status requirements.

Additionaly, you must be a Indian National to be eligible for TS EAMCET 2019. Person of Indian Origin (PIO)/ Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Card Holders are also eligible for the exam.
