Other state students can not take admission in government college of West Bengal through wbjee.

But they can take  admission in JADAVPUR UNIVERSITY because it is a university not a college.

If the other state students want to take admission in government college then either they have to score very well because large number of seats are there under state  reservation quota or they can go with some private engineering college.

Yes, you can absloutely take admission in west bengal with wbjee even if you are from other state.

Apart from a few government colleges , you can take admission in any private college even if you dont have the west bengal domicile.

All the private colleges and Jadavpur college excepts students from other states.
