Yes it is totally possible for other state students to apply for Rajasthan University of Health Sciences pharmacy entrance test. But there are low chances for admission of other state students. This is so because first priority is given to the candidates who are belonging to Rajasthan state. Reservation is also provided to the Rajasthan category students and not to the outside state reserved categories students.
