Hi,

You can get a college in punjab under the 15% AIQ if your score is high enough

Else inorder to apply for colleges in Punjab you need to have state domicile. Else you need to apply for private colleges.

Private colleges have three types of seats government quota, management and nri.

For non-domicile candidates you can apply for management quota but for that you need to directly contact the college.

All the best

Dear Anurag, the answer is no. Punjab is not an Open State. Punjab State Counselling has clear rules that confine State Counselling to students who hold the domicile of Punjab. And only such candidates enjoy the privileges of 85% participation in Punjab State Counselling. Rest of the Candidates can participate on 15% All India Counselling which has 15% seats of Government Medical Colleges from Punjab contributed to the Central Pool.
