Hello Mohini, if you are asking about NEET and AIIMS, so I would like to inform you yes NEET and AIIMS is national level entrance exam. You can fill both the form from any state.

Can you mention the name of form? If you are talking about NEET and AIIMS 2018 application form then yes. Since it is a national level exam and students who are eligible for this exam can apply from any state of India.
