To begin with, you can take the MHT-CET even if you do not live in Maharashtra; but, if you do not have a Maharashtra domicile, it is futile because the Maharashtra government only admits persons who have a Maharashtra domicile.
The good news is that ICT Mumbai has a special 30% quota for only JEE Mains applicants who are not from a minority group.
So, if you want to get into ICT, just take your JEE Mains and fill out a separate form from the institution for admission under the all-India category. Furthermore, you can expect to score at least 170–180 in your mains to get into your selected branch.
