JNTU, Hyderabad organize a common entrance test known as TS EAMCET 2019 (Telangana Engineering, Agriculture & Medical Common Entrance Test). It is a state level entrance test organized for admission in the various UG courses. Telangana EAMCET is organized through online mode. Admissions will be offered to BE, B.Tech, B.Tech (Agriculture Engineering), B.Tech. (BioTechnology), B.Tech (FT), B.Tech (Diary Technology), B.Sc. (CA & BM) (MPC), B.Pharm. (MPC) and Pharm-D (MPC) courses.

Andhra Pradesh students can also apply for EAMCET.

I am from Jharkhand state and have studied from Jharkhand only and does not have any residential certificate of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh and nor my father works in any government job of Telangana . M I eligible for TS EAMCET exam ??

Unfortunately you are not. These are state level exam which allow only state students.
