Hello Aspirant,
Outside Maharashtra students can appear for MHT CET. However, Outside Maharashtra Student won't be eligible for Government and Govt. Aided colleges, they will be eligible for All India Seats of Private colleges. Candidates should also note that according to the authorities, 85% of the seats in the private unaided engineering institutes in Maharashtra will be filled through MHT CET 2020 scores while 15% seats of these seats will be filled/reserved for All India Quota through JEE Main or MHT CET. And you must definitely appear for this exam if you are not able to score well in JEE .
