There is good scope for BCA and B.Sc IT and there is no much difference between the courses. B.Sc IT which concentrates on both the Science and Computer science subject, In other hand BCA concentrate on only Computer Science subjects. So, you can select any one of the course based on you are interested.
~To apply for the Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) course the candidate must have completed Intermediate course or it's equivalent (or) equivalent with minimum 50% marks from recognized university. Those candidates who have completed Diploma course can also eligible.
~Candidates must have studied mathematics subjects at 12th standard.

Hi aspirant, based on your question I can only say that a person who want to pursue B.Sc or B.Tech in Computer Science he/she needs to have done its 12th with PCM or PCMB. As Maths is compulsory for courses of computer science.
But also you can have BCA which generally don't require any such domain and eligibility scale.
