A candidate who is willing to apply for Biomedical Engineering can go for it if he/she has done his Class 12th or equivalent from either Physics, Chemistry and Maths (PCM) or Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) .
So, if you have successfully passed your 12th with PCB, then you can surely go for Biomedical Engineering .

The eligibility criteria for pursuing biomedical engineering courses is that candidates must have passed Class 12 with Science stream or its equivalent from any recognized board with Physics, Maths, Chemistry and an extra subject of the student's choice. They must have a minimum of 50 % marks.
However there are some colleges which offers Biomedical Engineering to PCB students like VIT Vellore and SRM University, Chennai.
