hi,
see most particularly organizations like indian army or works related with field oriented job has some requirements related with eye, and candidates with low vision may not eligible to apply in some certain cases, in aerospace engineering profile there is many jobs related with software designing, aircraft maintenance, hardware engineering which has specific recruitment eligibility criteria, so for isro/drdo.
