The Delhi Special Police Establishment Act of 1946 provides the CBI with its authority. The CBI agents in the Union Territory now have authority as a result. With the previous approval of the federal government and the agreement of the affected state, the power may be extended to any other state.

Over the years, the CBI has proven its expertise and earned a reputation for objectivity by resolving cases including terrorism, corruption, etc. The CBI has also been given credit by the courts for being a pioneering organisation and for investigating significant cases.CBI are not generally questioned because of its zero error reputation and diligence.

SSC CGL ELIGIBILITY

Three primary criteria make up the SSC CGL Eligibility Criteria: Nationality, Age, and Educational Qualification. The majority of CGL positions require a degree from any subject. The typical age range is 18 to 32 years old. Candidates in the reserved category have their ages relaxed.
