can pls suggest the admission process for pg 2020 in presidency college Kolkata..which abandoned the msc entrance test

Presidency University has released the Presidency University result 2020 in the form of first merit list for PG programmes on October 28 at presiuniv.ac.in. The Presidency University 2020 admission form (for registered candidates) for PG programmes was released on October 16 and was available till October 26 (4 pm). The seventh Presidency University merit list 2020 for UG programmes will be announced anytime soon. The Presidency University 2020 admission counselling for UG programmes started from October 8. The first cut off of Presidency University in the form of call list has also been released for the UG programmes. The 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th Presidency University admission merit list was released on September 5, September 17, September 28, October 4, October 11 and October 19. West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Boards (WBJEEB) had cancelled the Presidency University 2020 admission test for UG and PG courses, also known as PUBDET and PUMDET due to Covid-19 situtation. The new dates for Presidency University 2020 PG admission test will be announced soon by the university . The last date to fill the Presidency University 2020 admission form for PG programmes was April 20, The applications for Presidency University admission 2020 UG courses was closed on February 6.

• Admission to  BA (H) and B.Sc (H)  courses is based on candidates’ scores in  Presidency University Bachelor Degree Entrance Test (PUBDET)  conducted by WBJEEB.
• For MA and M.Sc courses, candidates’ scores in  Presidency University Master Degree Entrance Test (PUMDET). PUMDET  is also conducted by WBJEEB.
• Final admission is subject to candidates’ merit in PUBDET/ PUMDET followed by counseling rounds for the shortlisted candidates. The merit list is prepared by WBJEEB for PU candidates.
• Presidency University also offers admission to Ph.D. courses on the basis of candidates’ performance in  CSIR NET/ UGC NET .
• Final admission to Ph.D. is subject to an interview round conducted by the admission committee for the shortlisted candidates.
