Hi Mr Ishaan! Hope you're having a good day.
To answer this question is not very easy as you have not mentioned the time frame for which you need to write the exam. I go with the assumption that you don't have much time left for your exam and you want to prepare for it as fast as possible.
Now the best working trick to get an easy 100 is to shift your focus to the chemistry part because it can easily fetch you a 50-60 so you will be left with only 40-50 for the rest of the two subjects which won't be relatively easy.
I assume you have a basic knowledge of chemistry from Class 11 and 12th Standard so it will be utmost easy for you to score 60. Just as you mentioned use all the previous year questions from JEE Mains either it be this year or the previous year. Revise it thoroughly and you're making your way to the top.
Grab hold of detailed solution videos available on Youtube which may ease your preparation.
At last I would say that don't really go for 100, aim higher whether you have 10 days or 1 month. So this is the shortest strategy to clear JEE Mains with a score of 100+.
Hope this helps. Thankyou.

Hello,
Solving previous year papers can help you score good but it won't guarantee you 100+ marks. Because questions types and patterns changes frequently in exams like JEE. The best way to score 100+ marks is to master some topics which consists more weightage instead of going for full course. The topics include calculus, equilibrium etc.
Hello Ishaan
Yes it'll definitely help. But I wouldn't recommend you to completely depend on it. Use it as a revision, to test yourself.
Study your prescribed text book completely. It'll also help you to score well in your competitive exams.
And why aim for 100+, if you can aim higher.
