The case of eligibility of private candidates for Neet examination is in Supreme Court but until the supreme court gives its judgement, private candidates are eligible for Neet examination,

No, it's not like that private candidates have become eligible for Neet examination forever they are eligible only till the supreme court gives its judgement and after it give judgement the eligibility of private candidate will depend upon the result of the judgement whether it is in favour of private candidate or against them..
As of now Supreme Court has not given its judgement so as a private candidate you are eligible for Neet 2021 examination provided
you must have passed 12th examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got:-

at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category
-
at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st category
-
at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.
Also,
* to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2021
* There is no upper age limit for Neet 2021
* There's no limit for the maximum number of attempts/times one can appear in NEET.
