If ramjas college , DU has closed the admissions for b.com hons obc category , then there are very fewst chances that it will reopen the admission . It can only happen if any candidates withdraw the admission.leaving the seat vacant. But you should not rely on this condition as this happens very rarely and after fifth cutoff , the chances are more rare.
The documents required to get admissionn in ramjas college other than caste ceryificate are:
Your admission form which you got after registration
Scanned Photograph and signature (maximum size: 50KB) (minimum 6)
Identity Proof (maximum size – 50 KB)
Valid email ID and mobile number
Class 10th Board Certificate
Class 12th Marks-sheet
Income Certificate (for OBC-NCL)
Sport Certificate(s) for last three years (If applicable)
Extra Curricular Activities Certificate (if applicable)

It is totally in the hands of college to reopen the college at different cut offs.
Do not forget to Carry following documents in original with two sets of self-attested photocopies:
- Class 10 board examination certificate
- Class 10 marksheet
- Class 12 marksheet
- Class 12 original certificate/ provisional certificate
- Character certificate (recent)
- OBC (non-creamy layer) certificate (in the name of the candidate) issued by the competent authority
- Transfer certificate from school/college as well as Migration certificate from Board/University are required from those students who have passed senior secondary exam from outside Delhi.
- At least two passport size self-attested photographs.
