Hello dear
Congratulations you got good rank in comedk and your state is not important except karnataka all states are come under non local and you will get seat in top colleges like MS RAMAIAH, DAYANANDA SAGAR etc and counselling starts in 4 to 5 days you have to submit all the certificates given in your rank card you have to attend counselling only in karnataka state, Bangalore.
