as per my knowledge the refund is diificult if you are alloted a seat in the college you applied for otherwise if not alloted then you have chances of getteing your money back

If you have attended the counseling the counseling fee is deducted from this amount it was 2k previous year and with every round you attend the money gets deducted and if you finally lock a seat in any college then this amount will be adjusted in your fees else you'll get back the remaining amount in your account but this will take some time.
