This is the syllabus included in the first semester.
And for the preparation of NEET and first semester of Biotechnology it is based on your will. If you think you can manage the time for both of them then you can prepare or if you can't then don't do it cause it is hard to manage the time.

You need to devote alot of time if u aspire to achieve high rank. This might not go hand in hand with biotechnology. As biotechnology will only cater to bio subject and little concepts of chemistry.
Jee demands more time and effort, if u think you can dedicate your whole time to studying day in and day out than yes you will surely be able to make it through
