Hello,
Its called OTA exam.
Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducts Combined Defence Services (CDS) exam twice a year for recruiting candidates for the Indian Military Academy, Officers Training Academy, Indian Naval Academy and Indian Air Force Academy.
In OTA exam, there are two papers 1) English 2) General Knowledge. Both are of 2 hours and 100 questions each.
Eligibility criteria for OTA is (SSC Women Non-Technical Course) Unmarried women, and women who have seperated permanently from husband due to death or div., and did not remarry can apply.
She should have been born not earlier than 2nd January, 1996 and not later than 1st January, 2002.
You can apply for CDS OTA exam if you have passed a bachelors degree course from a recognised university. Once you will pass from OTA, you will become a cadet and will join as an officer of Indian Army in the rank of lieutenant. Depending on the performance in the training you will be allotted your regiment and various arms and services in Indian army.
I hope this helps.
