Certainly, yes. You must be a qualified doctor with an AFMC designation and a commissioned and gazetted officer of the Indian Armed Forces. You can surely marry throughout your service period, and both your husband and you will have a wonderful married life.
Marriage is a private matter between a guy and a girl. It is the same in the army. One thing stands out. For the marriage, you must obtain permission. After that, you can apply for married housing after the wedding.
AFMC does not allow marriage during the one year internship, though after internship you can marry with permission
