Can someone not a tamilian eligible for applying MDS in govt seat in self financing dental colleges in tamil nadu?

Eligibility Criteria for admission to MDS Course in Tamil Nadu Government Dental College and Government seats in self financing dental colleges is as folllows-
- Candidate should have completed BDS course including the entire compuslory residential rotatory internship period in the state of Tamil Nadu and thry should be registered with the Tamil Nadu State Medical Council.
- Candidates who have completed BDS from other state and who are natives of Tamil Nadu should furnish the nativity certificate.
