Comparison is not too much diffrent in both these exams
1. if you are comfortable in sitting for 3 hours continously in front of computer then go for online exam.
2.in offline exam once you have marked the answer then you can't change it but for online mode you can change it anytime also you can put flag on any question so that you can consider doing for it later.
3.During online exam students generally face problems regarding dissconnection from internet and many other issues.This sometimes breaks student's confidence so choose any one mode accordingly.
