You asked for a book you should buy. The only book one should is NCERT. The books one might buy are
1. Biology- NCERT at your Fingertips, Dinesh Objective Book, Arihant/MTG previous years paper
2. Physics- DC Pandey Objectibe book Engineering level as well as Medical
3. Chemistry- Arihant or MTG anything. NCERT is best for inorganic. Nothing comes outside it.
I would suggest you to join any online or offline test series to have the feel of exam as well as know the question pattern.
Yes, of course. In order to score a good marks in the NEET 2019 examination, you should read NCERT books of Physics, Chemistry & Biology of class 11th & 12th at least 2 or 3 times for basics, your basics should be very clear upto class 12th. After that HC Verma for Physics (part -1&2), Biology by Trueman (volume-1&2) and Pradeep Guide on Biology, OP Tendon for Physical & Inorganic Chemistry, and Organic Chemistry of "Arihant Publication" for detail or extra knowledge. Your study materials provided in the coaching could also be helpful. You can also read more books whose names are given in the link given below

You should also try to solve the previous years question papers, this helps too much and you should also give the mock test to rectify yourself and build your confidence level.
For preparation of exam, the most important thing is your confidence after that you should know the whole syllabus and make your plan properly for learning new chapters, solving the numericals and revision. All three things should be the part of your preparation strategy in daily routine.
The main thing is that you have to build your concentration level, then only you can stay focused on your goal. I would like to say that please limit the study time between 10 to 12 hours and please increase your concentration and speed of reading, understanding and solving the problems then you will not face any kind of difficulty.

Hi you have plenty of time, and if you work smart, you can really score well easily, i will tell you how to prepare for both NEET and AIIMS,
Physics and chemistry- physics is considered one of the toughest subject for medical aspirants, but very interesting. choose any good book of your convinience, there are plenty of good books as many mentioned already. read the concepts thoroughly, understand them cover to cover, if you have doubts, clear them then and there. solve atleast 300 to 500 questions per chapter, check ,analyse and rectify your mistakes. solve again. the more you solve the merrier.initially you wont be getting many correct answers, but as you keep on doing am sure you will see your score rising. solve previous question papers too
Biology-aiims doesnt cover most part from ncert like how neet does, in neet around 300 marks are from ncert text book itself, so u need to thorough ncert first and then read any good book of your choice and solve as many questions as you can
General knowledge and current affairs- read newspapers regularly, keep yourself updated always, use year books, they ll help you alot.
To score good marks in NEET your main focus should be on ncert textbooks as most of the questions will be asked from it only so after going through ncert deeply you can refer some books like for physics you can try DC pandey, universal, grb while for chemistry you can try Allen module, mtg,ABC of chemistry while for biology you can try trueman, objective by dinesh, don't try too many books it will confuse you big time, stick with one of the books and practice as much as you can.
For 10 years papers you can go for arihant publication.i hope this information helps you.
All the best
