Here is the list of documents:
*10th and 12th marksheet and certificate
*Scorecard of entrance test
*Caste certificate(if any)
*Domicile certificate(if any)
*Birth Certificate
*Identity Certificate(Aadhar, PAN)
*Transfer Certificate

A age proof like birth certificate.
