The bifurcation is as follows -
- Unit 5 + 6 = 17 marks
Chapters included : EM waves, Ray optics and wave optics.
- Unit 7 + 8 = 11 marks
Chapters included - Modern physics (dual nature), Atoms and nuclei.
- Unit 9 = 7 marks.
