Hi Chiki,
One of the Government institut for Climatic change analysis is the Ministry of Earth Sciences and Center for climatic research.
Some other institutiins regarding climatic change study and mapping are
- IIT Bombay.
- Center for Climatic Change and Disaster Management, Tamil nadu
- Indian Institute of Tropical Meteorology,pune.
