German and foreign students have the opportunity to complete their master's, doctoral, and post-doctoral studies at the lowest possible cost thanks to the more than 100,000 DAAD Scholarships provided each year.
-Out of the 188 scholarship opportunities available in 2021, 25 DAAD scholarships are open to students from India.
-Applicants who meet the requirements must have earned their prior degree with at least an 85 percent overall average.
-Each applicant must have at least two years of work experience, whether it be via a graduate assistantship, employment, or field research.
-All DAAD scholarship recipients have their travel costs and health insurance premiums paid for.
-A letter of invitation from the applicants' supervisors at qualifying German universities is required.
Eligibility Criteria :-
Language Skills: IELTS score of at least 6.5 indicates excellent English language proficiency.
Although not required, learning German is strongly advised.
Academic Grades: Depending on the applicable degree, an overall GPA of at least 8.5 CGPA, or 85 percent, is required.
To apply for an exchange or short-term research programme, you must first get a NOC (No Objection Certificate) from your home university.
2 years or more of job experience is required, as well as research, teaching, and graduate assistantships.
Submit a brief study proposal or SOP of 500–1000 words. Sometimes a CV is enough.
