Can St. Martin's be a good college with placements and cultural fests and good environment?

REMARKS
It is a good college. Except for few intolerable lecturers and colleges strict environment St.martins doesnt dissapoint. It can be one of the top choices when you are considering engineering colleges.
ENTRANCE PREVIEW
I took EAMCET I scored 70/160. I got into the college easily cuz I had 90% aggregate in my Intermidiate hence the considered me through B-category and gave me the admission in their college. I wanted a college close to my place so I wouldnt be exhausted by the end of the day and wouldnt have time to do my other works. This college is 15kms from my place and I ll b home by 4:40pm in the evening by college bus. Also the college has good campus placements and the crowd is nice. Hence I chose this college.
FEE STRUCTURE AND FACILITIES
It is Rs 35000 and is very much reasonable. But I got thrgough B category hence I pay Rs 1lakh per year and for bus facility it is Rs 20000. The transport fee is very expensive. We have seperate fee for the access of library book issuing and ot costs around Rs 6000.
