Can state level OBC (which do not fall into OBC in central) apply for EWS for Central level paper? If Yes, then where should we apply, in our own state for Central or from DELHI?

Hi Candidate,
State level OBC refers to the specific groups of state which come under the Backward classes of the society, but it is not always necessary that all of these groups come under the national recognised Backward Groups of the society.
Once you have got OBC category, then you are not eligible for any other category such as EWS because it is meant for those in General category and have low Financial Assets.
